My art of practice is built on the understanding that we are imprinted by our early relationships, yet that we remain capable of growth and transformation throughout our lives- we are dynamic, fluid, constantly integrating.
My approach is an experiential one- meaning that, while I value therapeutic insight, I also value the expressions of insights ("felt sense" awareness, in-the-moment emotional shifts, imagery). Our therapeutic relationship becomes a safe base for healing, where I see and accept you in your fullness as a unique human.
Regarding my art of living, my time outside of the therapy space consists of spending time with my family, reading, writing, playing music (bass guitar, mandolin), exercising, and spending time in nature. I consider myself a lifelong learner and place a great value on remaining curious.
